On September 2, 2020, CADTH published a Horizon Scan on sarilumab identifying two published studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of this drug for the treatment of COVID-19.
On August 25, 2020, CADTH completed a Health Technology Review on tocilizumab. This review includes findings on one systematic review and five non-randomized, and retrospective cohort studies reporting on treatment effects of this drug in patients with COVID-19.
