When you apply for a position at CADTH, we will acknowledge receipt of your application and carefully review your qualifications against the requirements for the position.

Our interview process ensures we get to know each other, and includes a variety of opportunities for you to tell us how you can help CADTH improve the health of Canadians:

  • In-person panel interviews are conducted with the hiring manager, a member of the Human Resources team, and another manager or team member.
  • Candidates may be asked to complete job-related testing.
  • Second interviews may be conducted, as well as informal meetings with potential team members.

While only our chosen candidate will receive a job offer, other qualified candidates may be invited to consider related positions or be encouraged to apply for future job openings. We notify and provide feedback to runner-up candidates.
