Choosing Wisely Canada National Meeting

Choosing Wisely Alberta hosts the 2017 Choosing Wisely Canada Annual National Meeting in Calgary on February 27, 2017.

The meeting will highlight regional innovation and foster the exchange of ideas among individuals and groups working on Choosing Wisely Canada.

CADTH will be participating in the meeting in a few different ways:

• Brent Fraser, Vice-President of Pharmaceutical Reviews, will help facilitate two sessions on “Regional Strategies.”
• Sheila Tucker, Liaison Officer for Newfoundland and Labrador, will present a breakout session entitled “Implementation of Evidence-Informed Practice of Blood Glucose Monitoring of Elderly Residents in Long-Term Care.”

And don’t forget to visit the CADTH booth throughout the day, where you can learn about our programs and services, and pick up some of our practical knowledge mobilization tools that will help you move evidence into practice.
