CDR Update 137 / pCODR Update 67: Highlights the new aligned drug reviews from Health Canada, CADTH (through our Common Drug Review and pan-Canadian Oncology Drug Review programs),  and the Institut national d’excellence en santé et en services sociaux (INESSS), which will help reduce the time between market authorization and drug reimbursement recommendations.

CDR Update — Issue 138: Provides information about our updated Procedure and Submission Guidelines for the CADTH Common Drug Review and our restructured, simplified Therapeutic Review Framework.

Drug Reimbursement Recommendations

CADTH recently issued the following CADTH Canadian Drug Expert Committee (CDEC) drug reimbursement recommendations:

• letermovir (Prevymis) for the prophylaxis of cytomegalovirus infection
• brodalumab (Siliq) for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis
• netupitant / palonosetron (Akynzeo) for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting
• dolutegravir / rilpivirine (Juluca) for HIV infection.

CADTH recently issued the following pCODR Expert Review Committee (pERC) drug reimbursement recommendation:

• atezolizumab (Tecentriq) for non–small cell lung cancer.
