How to Submit Your Feedback
Please follow the instructions below.
- To provide feedback, you must identify yourself — feedback provided by individuals who do not identify themselves and the organization they represent will not be considered.
- Only one response per organization will be considered. If more than one response is received, only the first response that is received will be considered.
- Feedback should be presented clearly and succinctly. The issue(s) should be clearly stated, and specific reference should be made to the section of the report under discussion (i.e., section title, page number, and paragraph).
- References should be provided, if appropriate. Do not provide opinions from experts or testimonials.
CADTH may use your submitted feedback in documents that will become available to the public. The confidentiality of any submitted information cannot be protected.
