47th Annual Professional Practice Conference

The Professional Practice Conference is an annual conference hosted by the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP). It is the largest pharmacy conference in Canada, with a goal of informing, educating, and motivating its participants. The conference promotes life-long learning skills through active participation in problem-based workshops. This event will welcome 500 delegates, including exhibitors.
