CAPhO Conference 2016 — Can We Talk?

“Can We Talk?” is the theme of the CAPhO (Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology) Conference 2016.  This year’s conference brings to light communication styles in the new age of personalized medicine and technological advancement, and will feature plenary and concurrent sessions to engage and inform participants of the advances in oncology pharmacy.

CADTH will be hosting a booth, where we will be sharing new evidence, tools, and resources.
