Family Medicine Forum 2015

The Family Medicine Forum is a comprehensive annual conference for family physicians. This event is co-hosted by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario College of Family Physicians. Attendees will include College member and non-member physicians, residents, international medical graduates, students, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other health care professionals.

The Forum provides four days of practical and thought-provoking professional development via several streams of continuing professional development sessions.
